We are so happy to welcome back this summer's Rosh Drama, Lynda Bachman! And she is happy to be coming back: "I am so excited to return to Machaneh Ramah this summer as Rosh Drama to continue to grow and develop our incredible theatre program!"
After graduating from Brandeis University last spring and spending last summer at Ramah as Rosh Drama, she moved to San Francisco, where she keeps herself super busy. From directing and stage managing, to teaching theatre skills to elementary school students, to working as the Program Coordinator at the Berkeley Playhouse, she stays very involved in the art world. This year she has worked on many shows, including Cinderella, Enchanted (starring Frenchie Davis), Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, Bravado: The Middle School Musical, The Aristocats, and You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.
As she says, "All of this leaves very little time for me to actually experience the Bay Area, but I love the weather, the eccentric people and that when I do have the time there is always something exciting and artistically engaging going on!" We're looking forward to Lynda bringing all her new experiences to camp with her this summer.
