A REWARDING AND ENRICHING SUMMER
If you are looking for a fun and enriching opportunity to grow in a Jewish living and learning environment this summer, we are looking for you!
At Camp Ramah you will live, learn, work, and play in an outstanding Jewish community. You will make a positive impact on the lives of children and teens and make new friends from around the world. You will have opportunities to create innovative camp programs, together with a team of enthusiastic, committed, caring, nurturing, and creative people just like you.
What will you gain from a job at Ramah?
- Valuable skills that employers are looking for such as teamwork, leadership, responsibility, supervisory skills, communication skills and positive work ethic
- Preparation for graduate school and the job market
- The joy of belonging to a close-knit Jewish community of young adults like yourself
- Friendships that last well past the summer
- The chance to change a child’s life!
Time Off & Transportation
In addition to time off during the day and after the campers go to bed, staff members also have days off during which they can leave camp and explore the Northwoods. We provide buses to Eagle River and/or Minocqua on days off where you can see movies, go bowling, catch a waterski show, enjoy the many lakes and beaches, go hiking and boating, and more.
Perks of Being Staff Members
We’ve got an awesome staff lounge where you can get away from it all without leaving camp! Relax on the cozy couches, play foosball or pool, work on a puzzle, or check your email. Take advantage of our state-of-the-art staff gym, including Peloton bikes, Precor commercial treadmills, weights and more! You’ll also find lots of staff programs in which to participate – basketball leagues, cooking classes, study sessions, open mic nights, the list goes on.
“The most meaningful experiences of my life have been at camp —watching kids grow, step outside their comfort zones, develop friendships, and become leaders. Knowing that I play a small role in these moments — and knowing that I’m supported by my friends at camp— makes me feel proud and fulfilled every summer.”Raphy Gendler, Staff Member
