Phil Kagan, a music staff veteran, is excited to return to camp this summer as Rosh Musika!
A native of Darien, Illinois, Phil earned a degree in Music Education from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in 2013. He currently works as the Director of Bands for a school district in Pike County, Illinois. In his spare time, he likes to go geocaching.
Phil learned about Ramah from a friend in college, and one of his favorite things about camp is meeting so many talented and friendly people who have served as inspiration for him. He loves the community environment at camp. We look forward to hearing all the music Phil and his staff and campers will bring to camp this summer!
