Once you submit your request we will follow-up with you to confirm your visit details.
The visitor fee is $118 per person per night. Fees include overnight lodging and three meals each day. Checkout is each morning after breakfast. There is no checkout on Saturday morning or night.
Once your reservation is confirmed you will be billed for your visit. All costs for overnight visits must be paid prior to arrival. Your room is not considered confirmed until payment is made. If the dates you requested are not available, we will notify you via phone or email so you can choose a new time to visit.
Please do not make travel arrangements until your visit is confirmed by Robin Rubenstein, Family Engagement Director, or by the Summer Visitor Coordinator.
1. All COVID-19 vaccine-eligible individuals (those 5 years of age and older) must complete the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and receive a booster vaccine (those 12 years of age and older). Proof of vaccination will be required. Individuals not eligible for COVID-19 vaccination (2-5 years old) will be required to mask indoors.
2. PCR Test 72-Hours before arrival at camp. Proof of negative result must be provided.
3. Rapid Antigen Test administered at arrival to camp and confirmation of no COVID-19 like symptoms.
