It’s been a great two and a half days at Ramah Wisconsin! Our veteran campers have quickly returned to their camp routines and are welcoming our new campers and helping them settle into camp life–from cabin time to hangout time on the kikar, learning new Hebrew words, playing games of Knockout and Dodgeball, swimming, singing songs old and new, and much, much more!
Ben (Garinim): I think camp is awesome! This is my first time here and I love it. The food is awesome, everything is awesome–especially the sports.
Noah (Garinim): This is my second summer and it’s awesome to be back at camp. I’m having so much fun.
Ann K. (Solelim): I’m really looking forward to Friday night when the whole camp goes to pray by the lake for Kabbalat Shabbat.
Anna R. (Solelim): My favorite part about camp is the friendships you make because you know they’ll last forever.
Yael B. (Solelim): My favorite part of camp is hanging out with friends on the Kikar and relaxing.
Ethan L. (Shoafim): The summer is going great so far. I’m having a lot of fun!
Michael R. (Shoafim): It’s really fun playing basketball with all of our friends that we haven’t seen in 10 months.
Isaac G. (Shoafim): It’s so exciting to be back and see everyone we missed all year long. We’ve had a great time bonding since we’ve been back!
Dotan A. (Bogrim): Being back at camp is like living a double life. It’s really fun, because even just the first two days feel like a whole year. It’s like a whole lifetime here at camp.
Marnina G. (Bogrim): Being back at camp is an experience like no other. It’s like a home away from home.
Dina P. (Bogrim): Being back at camp is amazing. It’s a second home here and you’re with all your friends.
Ilyssa S. (Machon): I’m really excited to be back. Being with this aidah means a lot to me because we can start bonding again and we do so many fun things.
