So, I’ve never been to Camp Ramah in Wisconsin before, but I have heard about all the amazing plays. When I learned that I would be working with Garinim (entering 5th grade) campers to create something *like* a play but shorter, I asked myself “what makes the funniest musicals?”

The answer I came up with was “really high energy songs about really not high energy moments.” In all of Jewish history, I cannot think of a lower energy moment than Arthur Balfour sitting on a bench and then writing a letter. That’s a moment that we should all know about, so I set to work trying to turn the least possible action into the most possible musical fun!

Enjoy Garinim’s performance of “Balfour!”
