Welcome back to Rosh Shira Sam Blustin! Years on staff:This is my 2nd summer working at Ramah Wisconsin.
Camp experience: I spent 12 summers as a camper and staff member at Herzl Camp. Ramah was always the “other” camp, and I couldn’t be happier to finally be here!
Favorite thing about camp: Musical t’fillot (prayers) with Tikvah.
Most looking forward to this summer: Getting to know more campers on an individual level
Life outside camp: I studied computer science at the University of Minnesota, and am now going into my 3rd year of Rabbinical School at the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York.
Hometown: Born and raised in Plymouth, MN, and I now live in New York!
Fun Fact: In 2014, I spent a week volunteering on a vineyard in northern Israel.
Something exciting happening this summer: The Zimriyah (Song Festival) will feature both the best of Zimriyot past and our favorite songs that we’re excited to bring to camp for the future.
