After their amazing aidah play, Frozen, was performed in July, the Shoafim boys decided to take on another challenge: Hercules. On stage yesterday, clad in togas, they performed in English to an enthusiastic audience of Halutzim, Solelim, Shoafim and Bogrim campers and staff.
Drawing on all of the highlights from the Disney movie, Shoafim put together a play with lots of dialogue and music. Under the direction of their counselors, the 8th grade boys memorized their lines, choreography, and solos.
While some campers had their time in the spotlight in Frozen, the solos in Hercules featured different campers. The guys really came together for a performance that wowed the audience.
