Last night for Peulat Erev (night activity), Machon (entering 10th grade) did their own tribute to the World Cup! Campers were split up into groups and assigned a country competing in the World Cup. Campers dressed in their country colors, then wrote a song using both English and Hebrew. They sang their hearts out with tons of ruach (energy), competing for the coveted title of winner of the Ramah Wisconsin World Cup Song Competition. The team representing England, clad in white tutus, red, and blue, won the title with their cheering of the Queen. Machon got a little piece of the World Cup action on a Sunday night at camp!
