Paulina is joining us all the way from Poland for her sixth summer on staff! She has been a familiar face in our chadrei ochel (dining halls) since she first came to camp as a member of our International Staff in 2009.
Paulina grew up near Warsaw, and though summer camps are popular in Poland, she never attended camp until she came to Ramah. She originally found her way to Ramah through a European summer program that gives students the opportunity to work and travel in the United States while on vacation from university. We are very happy she was matched up with us!
A recent graduate of the University of Warsaw, Paulina received her Master’s Degree in International Management. In April she moved to Chicago to join the Ramah year-round staff. In addition to continuing her leadership role this summer, Paulina is helping out with a variety of projects in the Ramah office.
She is very excited to be back in Conover this summer to see her old friends and meet many new people!
