A Zoom virtual reunion was held in October 2020 for campers and counselors in the boys’ cabins in 1959 (#6 & #7); 1960 (#9); 1961 (#12); 1962 (#13) at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. Of the potential 47 participants, we located 27 individuals and 13 joined the gathering (see the picture above). It was a wonderful experience with many of us having not been in contact for over 60 years. Several participants currently live in Israel, having made aliyah more than 30 years ago. It was wonderful to reminisce and tell stories from the “good old days.” Camp Ramah occupies a very special place with all of us with fond memories that will stay with us forever. There was a strong desire to have a follow up get together and already planning has begun. Ramah is an experience that lasts forever.
