COVID-19 Information:

Vaccination Requirement

The National Ramah Commission Medical Committee and Camp Ramah in Wisconsin/Ramah Day Camp Medical Committee have a long established history of robust vaccination requirements. These vaccination requirements have been developed and are regularly reviewed based on the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

In support of our commitment to the health and safety for all members of our community, the primary COVID-19 vaccine series is required and the bivalent booster is strongly recommended for all Ramah staff, campers, and visitors who are eligible, in accordance with the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). You may request an exemption by completing this form.

Any vaccine authorized for use in the U.S. (currently Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson) is acceptable.

Protocols for entering camp

  1. Submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  2. Submit proof of negative rapid antigen test taken day of arrival at camp. You can either take a rapid antigen test at home and show a photo or take a test upon arrival at camp.

Please note that all visitor protocols are subject to change based on the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic.
