This visit request form is not intended for Visitors Days or Alumni Reunions. Specific information will be sent out for these programs.
Day visits are available on most Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:30AM and 5:00PM CT. We do not have day visits available on Wednesdays.
There is no fee for day visits. You are invited to join us for lunch at 1:30PM at the dining hall guest tables free of charge.
Weekday overnight visits are available most Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Weekday Visitors' Fees include overnight lodging and three meals. Weekday overnight visits costs $118 per adult, per night.
Once your reservation is confirmed you will be billed for your visit. All costs for overnight visits must be paid prior to arrival. Your room is not considered confirmed until payment is made. If the dates you requested are not available, we will notify you via phone or email so you can choose a new time to visit.
Available Shabbatot - June 23-25, June 30-July 2, July 28-30.
Shabbat Visitors' Fees include overnight lodging for Friday and Saturday night and six meals. Shabbat visits cost $236 per person. Checkout is on Sunday morning after breakfast. There is no checkout on Saturday night.
We welcome you to be a member of the audience for our camper musicals! The plays begin at 8:00 p.m. CDT and end at approximately 9:30 p.m. Visitors with prior reservations may enter camp at 7:30 p.m.
Please do not make travel arrangements until your visit is confirmed by Robin Rubenstein, Family Engagement Director, or by the Summer Visitor Coordinator.
1. The primary COVID-19 vaccine series is required and the bivalent booster is strongly recommended for all Ramah staff, campers, and visitors who are eligible, in accordance with the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). You may request an exemption by completing this form.
2. All visitors must submit proof of a negative rapid antigen test taken day of arrival at camp.
